Website administrators log in to the CMS at: www.client-website-domain.com/cms. In the login window, you need to enter your username and password, and you have the option to choose one of the available interface languages.
General administrator environment
The administrator environment consists of (1) main navigation tools, (2) additional navigation and information tools, and (3) the content management area.

Main tool areas visible to website administrators
The full environment may not be visible if various modal windows are open. However, in such cases, the window can always be closed by clicking the dedicated (not the browser's) X icon in the upper right corner.

While navigating the CMS, depending on the module or the area being edited, the administrator environment has common, templated (applicable to practically all CMS pages) navigation and content-saving tools. Such tools will be found throughout the CMS, but their number on a specific page may vary for logical reasons. For example, a “Preview link” may not be present if editing that area does not create something that can be previewed:
Example
Such tools include:
CMS path navigation (top left).
Go back one step (top right).
The star next to the page title allows you to add the page to a list of frequently used pages. The list is visible in the environment.
Links (e.g., Structure and others) or creation tools (e.g., “New post”).
Preview link in a new window.
Save buttons. Depending on the CMS location, there may be one or more:
The “Save and close” button saves the content of the current window and closes it, returning to the structure tree or module list.
The “Save” button saves the current content while remaining in the same window.
The “Save and return to {module name}” button saves the content of the current window and closes it, returning to the module's entry list.

Next to various setting names, there may be an additional explanation of the setting. Not all settings are mandatory; many settings have default values that are already universally suitable. If a setting has a (DEV) note, it means that the setting is more technical and does not need to be entered for standard operation.
