Structure (website menu tree) and its management
Structure (website menu tree) and its management
The website's structure logic is based on a site tree, where each branch is a module with its own specific functionality (more). Access to the site structure management is available by clicking the icon in the main navigation tools on the left (see).

Example of a structure tree
Not all website modules can be directly inserted into the site tree (e.g., the GDPR module, whose texts are managed through the "Auxiliary (technical) texts" fields, is installed only once and has its own separate logic). However, modules that can contain information and are reusable many times can be inserted and displayed in the site structure tree.
Example
How to insert a module into a menu tree branch
A module can be inserted into a menu tree branch in several ways. By hovering the mouse over the "Creation Menu" and clicking the arrows icon, you can "drag and drop" the module to the desired location.

Step 1. Creation menu, arrows icon Step 2. Dragging the module
Additionally, you can click on the desired info type in the creation menu area to proceed to the first-level menu item creation wizard. Also, you can click (left mouse button) on an existing module in the branch and select "Create sub-item" from the context menu that appears (see below).
You can identify which module is inserted into the menu tree by its icon, comparing it with the icons in the "Creation Menu". Additionally, you can hover the mouse over the menu item's icon - an information tooltip with the module type name will appear.
Context menu
Clicking (left mouse button) on a module inserted in the menu tree branch opens a context menu.

Each module can have its own individual context menu items, but most of them are the same for all modules:
Edit content.
Settings (less complex modules will not have this option).
New entry (only for modules with lists, excluding e-shop)
Delete.
Hide.
Move up.
Move down.
Create sub-item (insert module).
Browse in new window.
Menu tree depth and branch management
The menu tree structure can be created up to 3 levels deep. However, if a module has its own internal navigation structure (e.g., an e-shop or news), this depth can effectively expand; deeper navigation will occur through the content, but the menu will display up to 3 levels.
For ease of tree navigation and editing, administrators have the ability to expand or collapse the menu tree or its branches. When the menu tree is fully collapsed, only level 1 menu items are visible. When the tree is fully expanded, all 3 menu levels are visible.
For convenience, administrators can collapse all menu branches except the one they are currently interested in.
All administrator actions are individual, i.e., the menu tree expansion positions are saved on the administrator's computer via cookies, and the same collapse/expand positions will be visible upon the next visit.
Menu tree items can be moved to other branches via drag & drop or by selecting a parent item in the module settings.
